Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in its original condition
- in its original packaging
- not damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- items returned without original packaging
- gift cards, if applicable
- final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@valorandfaithco.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Return process
To request a return, please contact support@valorandfaithco.com before sending any item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions based on the specific case.
