We currently ship only to supported U.S. areas.

Please note:
- some remote U.S. ZIP/postal code areas are excluded
- shipping may not be available to certain remote or unsupported ZIP codes
- if an order is placed from an unsupported area, we may contact the customer, cancel the order, and issue a refund if necessary

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during special launch periods.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery to supported U.S. areas is typically 5–8 business days after the order is processed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, seasonal demand, remote ZIP code restrictions, customs, weather conditions, and other operational factors.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered by the customer.

Unsupported or remote ZIP areas
Shipping is available only within supported U.S. areas.
Some remote ZIP codes are excluded based on shipping line coverage and fulfillment limitations.

If your location is not supported, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, high-demand periods, operational disruptions, or events outside our control.

Lost or damaged shipments
